I Lift Up My Eyes to the Hills

1Song of ascensions. I will lift up mine eyes to the mountains from whence shall come my help.

2My help from Jehovah; he made the heavens and the earth.

3He will not give to move thy foot: he watching thee will not slumber.

4Behold, he watching. Israel will not slumber and he will not sleep.

5Jehovah watching thee Jehovah thy shade upon thy right hand.

6By day the sun shall not burn thee, and the moon in the night.

7Jehovah shall watch thee from all evil: he shall watch thy soul.

8Jehovah shall watch thy going out and thy coming in, from time and even forever.
