Good News Translation
Then Jonathan said to him, "Since tomorrow is the New Moon Festival, your absence will be noticed if you aren't at the meal.

Jonathan said to him, “Tomorrow is the new moon; you will be missed, because your place will be empty.

After this Jonathan said: Tomorrow is the New Moon Festival, and people will wonder where you are, because your place at the table will be empty.
