Jeremiah 23:17
Good News Translation
To the people who refuse to listen to what I have said, they keep saying that all will go well with them. And they tell everyone who is stubborn that disaster will never touch them."

Contemporary English Version
These prophets go to people who refuse to respect me and who are stubborn and do whatever they please. The prophets tell them, "The LORD has promised everything will be fine."
