Good News Translation
If there are many years, the price shall be higher, but if there are only a few years, the price shall be lower, because what is being sold is the number of crops the land can produce.

New Revised Standard Version
If the years are more, you shall increase the price, and if the years are fewer, you shall diminish the price; for it is a certain number of harvests that are being sold to you.

Contemporary English Version
If it is a long time before the next Year of Celebration, the price will be higher, because what is really being sold are the crops that the land can produce.
