Isaiah 11:4
HEB: דַּלִּ֔ים וְהוֹכִ֥יחַ בְּמִישׁ֖וֹר לְעַנְוֵי־ אָ֑רֶץ
NAS: And decide with fairness for the afflicted
KJV: and reprove with equity for the meek
