HEB: מְ֭שַׂחֶקֶת בְּתֵבֵ֣ל אַרְצ֑וֹ וְ֝שַׁעֲשֻׁעַ֗י
NAS: Rejoicing in the world, His earth,
KJV: Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth;
