Zechariah 2:8
HEB: אֶל־ הַגּוֹיִ֖ם הַשֹּׁלְלִ֣ים אֶתְכֶ֑ם כִּ֚י
NAS: the nations which plunder you, for he who touches
KJV: me unto the nations which spoiled you: for he that toucheth
