Deuteronomy 32:39
HEB: אָמִ֣ית וַאֲחַיֶּ֗ה מָחַ֙צְתִּי֙ וַאֲנִ֣י אֶרְפָּ֔א
NAS: and give life. I have wounded and it is I who heal,
