Isaiah 40:10
HEB: יָב֔וֹא וּזְרֹע֖וֹ מֹ֣שְׁלָה ל֑וֹ הִנֵּ֤ה
NAS: With His arm ruling for Him. Behold,
KJV: [hand], and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward
