Proverbs 28:3
HEB: דַּלִּ֑ים מָטָ֥ר סֹ֝חֵ֗ף וְאֵ֣ין לָֽחֶם׃
NAS: the lowly Is [like] a driving rain
KJV: the poor [is like] a sweeping rain
INT: the lowly rain is a driving leaves food
