Isaiah 42:3
HEB: לֹ֣א יִשְׁבּ֔וֹר וּפִשְׁתָּ֥ה כֵהָ֖ה לֹ֣א
NAS: And a dimly burning wick He will not extinguish;
KJV: and the smoking flax shall he not quench:
