HEB: לְחֻקַּ֣ת עוֹלָ֑ם וּמַזֵּ֤ה מֵֽי־ הַנִּדָּה֙
NAS: statute for them. And he who sprinkles the water
KJV: statute unto them, that he that sprinkleth the water
