Isaiah 41:2
HEB: גּוֹיִם֙ וּמְלָכִ֣ים יַ֔רְדְּ יִתֵּ֤ן כֶּֽעָפָר֙
NAS: before him And subdues kings.
KJV: before him, and made [him] rule over kings?
INT: nations kings and subdues makes dust
