HEB: עַד־ צַוָּ֣אר יֶֽחֱצֶ֔ה לַהֲנָפָ֥ה גוֹיִ֖ם
NAS: torrent, Which reaches to the neck,
KJV: stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck,
INT: against to the neck reaches to shake the nations
