Who determined its dimensions and stretched out the surveying line?
"Who kept the sea inside its boundaries as it burst from the womb,
Long ago you laid the foundation of the earth and made the heavens with your hands.
They will perish, but you remain forever; they will wear out like old clothing. You will change them like a garment and discard them.
It was my hand that laid the foundations of the earth, my right hand that spread out the heavens above. When I call out the stars, they all appear in order."
