Psalm 131
CSB Parallel NIV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
Christian Standard BibleNew International Version
1LORD, my heart is not proud; my eyes are not haughty. I do not get involved with things too great or too wondrous for me.1A song of ascents. Of David. My heart is not proud, LORD, my eyes are not haughty; I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me.
2Instead, I have calmed and quieted my soul like a weaned child with its mother; my soul is like a weaned child.2But I have calmed and quieted myself, I am like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child I am content.
3Israel, put your hope in the LORD, both now and forever.3Israel, put your hope in the LORD both now and forevermore.
