| 20Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, | 20He exercised this power in Christ by raising him from the dead and seating him at his right hand in the heavens-- |
| 21Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: | 21far above every ruler and authority, power and dominion, and every title given, not only in this age but also in the one to come. |
| 22And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, | 22And he subjected everything under his feet and appointed him as head over everything for the church, |
| 23Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. | 23which is his body, the fullness of the one who fills all things in every way. |
