NASB Parallel NIV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New American Standard Bible 1995New International Version
For the choir director. A Psalm of David. A Song. There will be silence before You, and praise in Zion, O God, And to You the vow will be performed.1For the director of music. A psalm of David. A song. Praise awaits you, our God, in Zion; to you our vows will be fulfilled.
O You who hear prayer, To You all men come.2You who answer prayer, to you all people will come.
Iniquities prevail against me; As for our transgressions, You forgive them.3When we were overwhelmed by sins, you forgave our transgressions.
How blessed is the one whom You choose and bring near to You To dwell in Your courts. We will be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Your holy temple.4Blessed are those you choose and bring near to live in your courts! We are filled with the good things of your house, of your holy temple.
By awesome deeds You answer us in righteousness, O God of our salvation, You who are the trust of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest sea;5You answer us with awesome and righteous deeds, God our Savior, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas,
Who establishes the mountains by His strength, Being girded with might;6who formed the mountains by your power, having armed yourself with strength,
Who stills the roaring of the seas, The roaring of their waves, And the tumult of the peoples.7who stilled the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, and the turmoil of the nations.
They who dwell in the ends of the earth stand in awe of Your signs; You make the dawn and the sunset shout for joy.8The whole earth is filled with awe at your wonders; where morning dawns, where evening fades, you call forth songs of joy.
You visit the earth and cause it to overflow; You greatly enrich it; The stream of God is full of water; You prepare their grain, for thus You prepare the earth.9You care for the land and water it; you enrich it abundantly. The streams of God are filled with water to provide the people with grain, for so you have ordained it.
You water its furrows abundantly, You settle its ridges, You soften it with showers, You bless its growth.10You drench its furrows and level its ridges; you soften it with showers and bless its crops.
You have crowned the year with Your bounty, And Your paths drip with fatness.11You crown the year with your bounty, and your carts overflow with abundance.
The pastures of the wilderness drip, And the hills gird themselves with rejoicing.12The grasslands of the wilderness overflow; the hills are clothed with gladness.
The meadows are clothed with flocks And the valleys are covered with grain; They shout for joy, yes, they sing.13The meadows are covered with flocks and the valleys are mantled with grain; they shout for joy and sing.
