Psalm 103
NIV Parallel CSB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New International VersionChristian Standard Bible
Of David. Praise the LORD, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.1My soul, bless the LORD, and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
Praise the LORD, my soul, and forget not all his benefits--2My soul, bless the LORD, and do not forget all his benefits.
who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,3He forgives all your iniquity; he heals all your diseases.
who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion,4He redeems your life from the Pit; he crowns you with faithful love and compassion.
who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.5He satisfies you with good things; your youth is renewed like the eagle.
The LORD works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.6The LORD executes acts of righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel:7He revealed his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel.
The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.8The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in faithful love.
He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever;9He will not always accuse us or be angry forever.
he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.10He has not dealt with us as our sins deserve or repaid us according to our iniquities.
For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him;11For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his faithful love toward those who fear him.
as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.12As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him;13As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him.
for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust.14For he knows what we are made of, remembering that we are dust.
The life of mortals is like grass, they flourish like a flower of the field;15As for man, his days are like grass--he blooms like a flower of the field;
the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more.16when the wind passes over it, it vanishes, and its place is no longer known.
But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD's love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children's children--17But from eternity to eternity the LORD's faithful love is toward those who fear him, and his righteousness toward the grandchildren
with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts.18of those who keep his covenant, who remember to observe his precepts.
The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all.19The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all.
Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.20Bless the LORD, all his angels of great strength, who do his word, obedient to his command.
Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will.21Bless the LORD, all his armies, his servants who do his will.
Praise the LORD, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the LORD, my soul.22Bless the LORD, all his works in all the places where he rules. My soul, bless the LORD!
