‘When anyone offers a grain offering to the LORD, his offering shall be of fine flour. And he shall pour oil on it, and put frankincense on it.1When anyone presents a grain offering as a gift to the LORD, his gift must consist of fine flour. He is to pour olive oil on it, put frankincense on it,
He shall bring it to Aaron’s sons, the priests, one of whom shall take from it his handful of fine flour and oil with all the frankincense. And the priest shall burn it as a memorial on the altar, an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the LORD.2and bring it to Aaron's sons the priests. The priest will take a handful of fine flour and oil from it, along with all its frankincense, and will burn this memorial portion of it on the altar, a fire offering of a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
The rest of the grain offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’. It is most holy of the offerings to the LORD made by fire.3But the rest of the grain offering will belong to Aaron and his sons; it is the holiest part of the fire offerings to the LORD."
‘And if you bring as an offering a grain offering baked in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.4When you present a grain offering baked in an oven, it must be made of fine flour, either unleavened cakes mixed with oil or unleavened wafers coated with oil.
But if your offering is a grain offering baked in a pan, it shall be of fine flour, unleavened, mixed with oil.5If your gift is a grain offering prepared on a griddle, it must be unleavened bread made of fine flour mixed with oil.
You shall break it in pieces and pour oil on it; it is a grain offering.6Break it into pieces and pour oil on it; it is a grain offering.
‘If your offering is a grain offering baked in a covered pan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil.7If your gift is a grain offering prepared in a pan, it must be made of fine flour with oil.
You shall bring the grain offering that is made of these things to the LORD. And when it is presented to the priest, he shall bring it to the altar.8When you bring to the LORD the grain offering made in any of these ways, it is to be presented to the priest, and he will take it to the altar.
Then the priest shall take from the grain offering a memorial portion, and burn it on the altar. It is an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the LORD.9The priest will remove the memorial portion from the grain offering and burn it on the altar, a fire offering of a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
And what is left of the grain offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’. It is most holy of the offerings to the LORD made by fire.10But the rest of the grain offering will belong to Aaron and his sons; it is the holiest part of the fire offerings to the LORD."
‘No grain offering which you bring to the LORD shall be made with leaven, for you shall burn no leaven nor any honey in any offering to the LORD made by fire.11No grain offering that you present to the LORD is to be made with yeast, for you are not to burn any yeast or honey as a fire offering to the LORD.
As for the offering of the firstfruits, you shall offer them to the LORD, but they shall not be burned on the altar for a sweet aroma.12You may present them to the LORD as an offering of firstfruits, but they are not to be offered on the altar as a pleasing aroma.
And every offering of your grain offering you shall season with salt; you shall not allow the salt of the covenant of your God to be lacking from your grain offering. With all your offerings you shall offer salt.13You are to season each of your grain offerings with salt; you must not omit from your grain offering the salt of the covenant with your God. You are to present salt with each of your offerings."
‘If you offer a grain offering of your firstfruits to the LORD, you shall offer for the grain offering of your firstfruits green heads of grain roasted on the fire, grain beaten from full heads.14If you present a grain offering of firstfruits to the LORD, you must present fresh heads of grain, crushed kernels, roasted on the fire, for your grain offering of firstfruits.
And you shall put oil on it, and lay frankincense on it. It is a grain offering.15You are to put oil and frankincense on it; it is a grain offering.
Then the priest shall burn the memorial portion: part of its beaten grain and part of its oil, with all the frankincense, as an offering made by fire to the LORD.16The priest will then burn some of its crushed kernels and oil with all its frankincense as a fire offering to the LORD."
