NKJV Parallel NET [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New King James VersionNET Bible
A Song of Ascents. I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help?1A song of ascents. I look up toward the hills. From where does my help come?
My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.2My help comes from the LORD, the Creator of heaven and earth!
He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.3May he not allow your foot to slip! May your protector not sleep!
Behold, He who keeps Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep.4Look! Israel's protector does not sleep or slumber!
The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade at your right hand.5The LORD is your protector; the LORD is the shade at your right hand.
The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night.6The sun will not harm you by day, or the moon by night.
The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul.7The LORD will protect you from all harm; he will protect your life.
The LORD shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore.8The LORD will protect you in all you do, now and forevermore.
