Psalm 101
NLT Parallel CSB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New Living TranslationChristian Standard Bible
1I will sing of your love and justice, LORD. I will praise you with songs.1I will sing of faithful love and justice; I will sing praise to you, LORD.
2I will be careful to live a blameless life— when will you come to help me? I will lead a life of integrity in my own home.2I will pay attention to the way of integrity. When will you come to me? I will live with a heart of integrity in my house.
3I will refuse to look at anything vile and vulgar. I hate all who deal crookedly; I will have nothing to do with them.3I will not let anything worthless guide me. I hate the practice of transgression; it will not cling to me.
4I will reject perverse ideas and stay away from every evil.4A devious heart will be far from me; I will not be involved with evil.
5I will not tolerate people who slander their neighbors. I will not endure conceit and pride.5I will destroy anyone who secretly slanders his neighbor; I cannot tolerate anyone with haughty eyes or an arrogant heart.
6I will search for faithful people to be my companions. Only those who are above reproach will be allowed to serve me.6My eyes favor the faithful of the land so that they may sit down with me. The one who follows the way of integrity may serve me.
7I will not allow deceivers to serve in my house, and liars will not stay in my presence.7No one who acts deceitfully will live in my palace; the one who tells lies will not be retained here to guide me.
8My daily task will be to ferret out the wicked and free the city of the LORD from their grip.8Every morning I will destroy all the wicked of the land, wiping out all evildoers from the LORD's city.
