We must pay closer attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away. Therefore we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it. Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip. For this reason we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away from it. We must pay the most careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away.
For if the message spoken by angels was binding, and every transgression and disobedience received its just punishment, For since the message declared by angels proved to be reliable, and every transgression or disobedience received a just retribution, For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; For if the word spoken through angels proved unalterable, and every violation and act of disobedience received a just punishment, For since the message spoken through angels was binding, and every violation and disobedience received its just punishment,
how shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? This salvation was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard Him, how shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? It was declared at first by the Lord, and it was attested to us by those who heard, How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; how will we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? After it was at first spoken through the Lord, it was confirmed to us by those who heard, how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him.
and was affirmed by God through signs, wonders, various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to His will. while God also bore witness by signs and wonders and various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will. God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will? God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders, and by various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit according to His own will. God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.
For it is not to angels that He has subjected the world to come, about which we are speaking. For it was not to angels that God subjected the world to come, of which we are speaking. For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak. For He did not subject to angels the world to come, about which we are speaking. It is not to angels that he has subjected the world to come, about which we are speaking.
But somewhere it is testified in these words: “What is man that You are mindful of him, or the son of man that You care for him? It has been testified somewhere, “What is man, that you are mindful of him, or the son of man, that you care for him? But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him? But someone has testified somewhere, saying, “WHAT IS MAN, THAT YOU THINK OF HIM? OR A SON OF MAN, THAT YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT HIM? But there is a place where someone has testified: “What is mankind that you are mindful of them, a son of man that you care for him?
You made him a little lower than the angels; You crowned him with glory and honor You made him for a little while lower than the angels; you have crowned him with glory and honor, Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands: “YOU HAVE MADE HIM FOR A LITTLE WHILE LOWER THAN ANGELS; YOU HAVE CROWNED HIM WITH GLORY AND HONOR; You made them a little lower than the angels; you crowned them with glory and honor
and placed everything under his feet.” When God subjected all things to him, He left nothing outside of his control. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to him. putting everything in subjection under his feet.” Now in putting everything in subjection to him, he left nothing outside his control. At present, we do not yet see everything in subjection to him. Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him. YOU HAVE PUT EVERYTHING IN SUBJECTION UNDER HIS FEET.” For in subjecting all things to him, He left nothing that is not subject to him. But now we do not yet see all things subjected to him. and put everything under their feet.” In putting everything under them, God left nothing that is not subject to them. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to them.
But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because He suffered death, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone. But we see him who for a little while was made lower than the angels, namely Jesus, crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man. But we do see Him who was made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus, because of His suffering death crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone. But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.
In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting for God, for whom and through whom all things exist, to make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering. For it was fitting that he, for whom and by whom all things exist, in bringing many sons to glory, should make the founder of their salvation perfect through suffering. For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things, and through whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to perfect the originator of their salvation through sufferings. In bringing many sons and daughters to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the pioneer of their salvation perfect through what he suffered.
For both the One who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers. For he who sanctifies and those who are sanctified all have one source. That is why he is not ashamed to call them brothers, For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, For both He who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all from one Father; for this reason He is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters, Both the one who makes people holy and those who are made holy are of the same family. So Jesus is not ashamed to call them brothers and sisters.
He says: “I will proclaim Your name to My brothers; I will sing Your praises in the assembly.” saying, “I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will sing your praise.” Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee. saying, “I WILL PROCLAIM YOUR NAME TO MY BROTHERS, IN THE MIDST OF THE ASSEMBLY I WILL SING YOUR PRAISE.” He says, “I will declare your name to my brothers and sisters; in the assembly I will sing your praises.”
And again: “I will put My trust in Him.” And once again: “Here am I, and the children God has given Me.” And again, “I will put my trust in him.” And again, “Behold, I and the children God has given me.” And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me. And again, “I WILL PUT MY TRUST IN HIM.” And again, “BEHOLD, I AND THE CHILDREN WHOM GOD HAS GIVEN ME.” And again, “I will put my trust in him.” And again he says, “Here am I, and the children God has given me.”
Now since the children have flesh and blood, He too shared in their humanity, so that by His death He might destroy him who holds the power of death, that is, the devil, Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same things, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil, Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, so that through death He might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil, Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil—
and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. and deliver all those who through fear of death were subject to lifelong slavery. And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. and free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives. and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.
For surely it is not the angels He helps, but the descendants of Abraham. For surely it is not angels that he helps, but he helps the offspring of Abraham. For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. For clearly He does not give help to angels, but He gives help to the descendants of Abraham. For surely it is not angels he helps, but Abraham’s descendants.
For this reason He had to be made like His brothers in every way, so that He might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, in order to make atonement for the sins of the people. Therefore he had to be made like his brothers in every respect, so that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in the service of God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brothers so that He might become a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. For this reason he had to be made like them, fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people.
Because He Himself suffered when He was tempted, He is able to help those who are being tempted. For because he himself has suffered when tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted. For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted. For since He Himself was tempted in that which He has suffered, He is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted. Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
