You say, "I choose the appointed time; it is I who judge with equity.2“At the set time that I appoint I will judge with equity.2"When I select an appointed time, It is I who judge with equity.2When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.2When I choose a time, I will judge fairly.
When the earth and all its people quake, it is I who hold its pillars firm.3When the earth totters, and all its inhabitants, it is I who keep steady its pillars. Selah3"The earth and all who dwell in it melt; It is I who have firmly set its pillars. Selah.3The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.3When the earth and all its inhabitants shake, I am the One who steadies its pillars. Selah
To the arrogant I say, 'Boast no more,' and to the wicked, 'Do not lift up your horns.4I say to the boastful, ‘Do not boast,’ and to the wicked, ‘Do not lift up your horn;4"I said to the boastful, 'Do not boast,' And to the wicked, 'Do not lift up the horn;4I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:4I say to the boastful, 'Do not boast,' and to the wicked, 'Do not lift up your horn.

Do not lift your horns against heaven; do not speak so defiantly.'"5do not lift up your horn on high, or speak with haughty neck.’”5Do not lift up your horn on high, Do not speak with insolent pride.'"5Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.5Do not lift up your horn against heaven or speak arrogantly.'"
No one from the east or the west or from the desert can exalt themselves.6For not from the east or from the west and not from the wilderness comes lifting up,6For not from the east, nor from the west, Nor from the desert comes exaltation;6For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.6Exaltation does not come from the east, the west, or the desert,
It is God who judges: He brings one down, he exalts another.7but it is God who executes judgment, putting down one and lifting up another.7But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another.7But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.7for God is the Judge: He brings down one and exalts another.
In the hand of the LORD is a cup full of foaming wine mixed with spices; he pours it out, and all the wicked of the earth drink it down to its very dregs.8For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup with foaming wine, well mixed, and he pours out from it, and all the wicked of the earth shall drain it down to the dregs.8For a cup is in the hand of the LORD, and the wine foams; It is well mixed, and He pours out of this; Surely all the wicked of the earth must drain and drink down its dregs.8For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.8For there is a cup in the LORD's hand, full of wine blended with spices, and He pours from it. All the wicked of the earth will drink, draining it to the dregs.
As for me, I will declare this forever; I will sing praise to the God of Jacob,9But I will declare it forever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.9But as for me, I will declare it forever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.9But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.9As for me, I will tell about Him forever; I will sing praise to the God of Jacob."
who says, "I will cut off the horns of all the wicked, but the horns of the righteous will be lifted up."10All the horns of the wicked I will cut off, but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.10And all the horns of the wicked He will cut off, But the horns of the righteous will be lifted up.10All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.10I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous will be lifted up."
