His Loving Devotion Endures Forever
(2 Chronicles 7:1–3)

1Give thanks to YHWH, for He is good,

for His loving devotion is forever;

2Give thanks to the God of gods,

for His loving devotion is forever;

3Give thanks to the Lord of lords,

for His loving devotion is forever;

4to the One doing great wonders by Himself alone,

for His loving devotion is forever;

5to the One making the heavens with understanding,

for His loving devotion is forever;

6to the One spreading out the earth upon the waters,

for His loving devotion is forever;

7to the One making great the lights—

for His loving devotion is forever—

8the sun for ruling over the day,

for His loving devotion is forever;

9the moon and stars for ruling over the night,

for His loving devotion is forever;

10to the one striking Egypt, against their firstborn,

for His loving devotion is forever.

11And He brought forth Israel from the midst of them,

for His loving devotion is forever;

12with a strong hand and an outstretched arm,

for His loving devotion is forever;

13to the One dividing the Red sea† into parts,

for His loving devotion is forever.

14And He made Israel pass through the midst of it,

for His loving devotion is forever;

15and He shook off† Pharaoh and his army into the Red Sea,

for His loving devotion is forever;

16to the One leading His people through the wilderness,

for His loving devotion is forever;

17to the One striking great kings,

for His loving devotion is forever.

18And He killed mighty kings,

for His loving devotion is forever;

19Sihon king of the Amorite,

for His loving devotion is forever;

20and Og king of Bashan,

for His loving devotion is forever;

21and He gave their land as an inheritance—

for His loving devotion is forever;

22an inheritance to Israel His servant,

for His loving devotion is forever;

23who in our lowliness remembered us,

for His loving devotion is forever;

24and rescued us from our enemies,

for His loving devotion is forever;

25the One giving food to all flesh,

for His loving devotion is forever.

26Give thanks to the God of the heavens,

for His loving devotion is forever!
