Leviticus 27:15
Good News Translation
If you wish to buy your house back, you must pay the price plus an additional 20 percent.

And if the one who consecrates the house wishes to redeem it, one-fifth shall be added to its assessed value, and it shall revert to the original owner.

But if you decide to buy it back, you must pay an additional 20 percent.
