Thou hast hated them that regard vanities, to no purpose. But I have hoped in the Lord:
Psalm 26:5 I have hated the assembly of the malignant; and with the wicked I will not sit.

I have hated the assembly of the malignant; and with the wicked I will not sit.
But I, as a fruitful olive tree in the house of God, have hoped in the mercy of God for ever, yea for ever and ever.
I have hated and abhorred iniquity; but I have loved thy law.
Have I not hated them, O Lord, that hated thee: and pined away because of thy enemies?
Behold the voice of the daughter of my people from a far country: Is not the Lord in Sion, or is not her king in her? why then have they provoked me to wrath with their idols, and strange vanities?
When my soul was in distress within me, I remembered the Lord: that my prayer may come to thee, unto the holy temple.
