Leviticus 1:3
If one's offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he is to offer an unblemished male. He must bring it to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting for its acceptance before the LORD.

Leviticus 4:4
He must bring the bull to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting before the LORD, lay his hand on the bull's head, and slaughter it before the LORD.

Leviticus 12:6, 7
When the days of her purification are complete, whether for a son or daughter, she is to bring to the priest at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting a year-old lamb for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or a turtledove for a sin offering. . . .

Matthew 16:21
From that time on Jesus began to show His disciples that He must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things at the hands of the elders, chief priests, and scribes, and that He must be killed and on the third day be raised to life.
