Isaiah 44:3
HEB: וְנֹזְלִ֖ים עַל־ יַבָּשָׁ֑ה אֶצֹּ֤ק רוּחִי֙
NAS: [land] And streams on the dry ground; I will pour
KJV: and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour
