Psalm 13
CSB Parallel NET [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
Christian Standard BibleNET Bible
1How long, LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?1For the music director; a psalm of David. How long, LORD, will you continue to ignore me? How long will you pay no attention to me?
2How long will I store up anxious concerns within me, agony in my mind every day? How long will my enemy dominate me?2How long must I worry, and suffer in broad daylight? How long will my enemy gloat over me?
3Consider me and answer, LORD my God. Restore brightness to my eyes; otherwise, I will sleep in death.3Look at me! Answer me, O LORD my God! Revive me, or else I will die!
4My enemy will say, "I have triumphed over him," and my foes will rejoice because I am shaken.4Then my enemy will say, "I have defeated him!" Then my foes will rejoice because I am upended.
5But I have trusted in your faithful love; my heart will rejoice in your deliverance.5But I trust in your faithfulness. May I rejoice because of your deliverance!
6I will sing to the LORD because he has treated me generously.6I will sing praises to the LORD when he vindicates me.
