KJV Parallel NASB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
King James BibleNew American Standard Bible 1995
Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.1Praise the LORD! I will give thanks to the LORD with all my heart, In the company of the upright and in the assembly.
The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.2Great are the works of the LORD; They are studied by all who delight in them.
His work is honourable and glorious: and his righteousness endureth for ever.3Splendid and majestic is His work, And His righteousness endures forever.
He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered: the LORD is gracious and full of compassion.4He has made His wonders to be remembered; The LORD is gracious and compassionate.
He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant.5He has given food to those who fear Him; He will remember His covenant forever.
He hath shewed his people the power of his works, that he may give them the heritage of the heathen.6He has made known to His people the power of His works, In giving them the heritage of the nations.
The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure.7The works of His hands are truth and justice; All His precepts are sure.
They stand fast for ever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness.8They are upheld forever and ever; They are performed in truth and uprightness.
He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name.9He has sent redemption to His people; He has ordained His covenant forever; Holy and awesome is His name.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.10The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments; His praise endures forever.
