NASB Parallel HCSB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New American Standard Bible 1995Holman Christian Standard Bible
A Song of Ascents. I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; From where shall my help come?1A song of ascents. I lift my eyes toward the mountains. Where will my help come from?
My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.2My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber.3He will not allow your foot to slip; your Protector will not slumber.
Behold, He who keeps Israel Will neither slumber nor sleep.4Indeed, the Protector of Israel does not slumber or sleep.
The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade on your right hand.5The LORD protects you; the LORD is a shelter right by your side.
The sun will not smite you by day, Nor the moon by night.6The sun will not strike you by day or the moon by night.
The LORD will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul.7The LORD will protect you from all harm; He will protect your life.
The LORD will guard your going out and your coming in From this time forth and forever.8The LORD will protect your coming and going both now and forever.
