Psalm 121
NASB Parallel KJV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New American Standard Bible 1995King James Bible
1A Song of Ascents. I will lift up my eyes to the mountains; From where shall my help come?1A Song of degrees. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2My help comes from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.2My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.
3He will not allow your foot to slip; He who keeps you will not slumber.3He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4Behold, He who keeps Israel Will neither slumber nor sleep.4Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
5The LORD is your keeper; The LORD is your shade on your right hand.5The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6The sun will not smite you by day, Nor the moon by night.6The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7The LORD will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul.7The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8The LORD will guard your going out and your coming in From this time forth and forever.8The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
