1And Benjamin became the father of Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, Aharah the third,

1Now Benjamin begat Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, and Aharah the third,

2Nohah the fourth and Rapha the fifth.

3Bela had sons: Addar, Gera, Abihud,

11By Hushim he became the father of Abitub and Elpaal.

21Adaiah, Beraiah and Shimrath were the sons of Shimei.

22Ishpan, Eber, Eliel,

23Abdon, Zichri, Hanan,

24Hananiah, Elam, Anthothijah,

25Iphdeiah and Penuel were the sons of Shashak.

26Shamsherai, Shehariah, Athaliah,

26And Shamsherai, and Shehariah, and Athaliah,

27Jaareshiah, Elijah and Zichri were the sons of Jeroham.

28These were heads of the fathers' households according to their generations, chief men who lived in Jerusalem.

29Now in Gibeon, Jeiel, the father of Gibeon lived, and his wife's name was Maacah;

32Mikloth became the father of Shimeah. And they also lived with their relatives in Jerusalem opposite their other relatives.

32And Mikloth begat Shimeah. And these also dwelt with their brethren in Jerusalem, over against them.

33Ner became the father of Kish, and Kish became the father of Saul, and Saul became the father of Jonathan, Malchi-shua, Abinadab and Eshbaal.

33And Ner begat Kish, and Kish begat Saul, and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.

34The son of Jonathan was Merib-baal, and Merib-baal became the father of Micah.

34And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal; and Meribbaal begat Micah.

35The sons of Micah were Pithon, Melech, Tarea and Ahaz.

35And the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.

36Ahaz became the father of Jehoaddah, and Jehoaddah became the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth and Zimri; and Zimri became the father of Moza.

36And Ahaz begat Jehoadah; and Jehoadah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza,

37Moza became the father of Binea; Raphah was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

37And Moza begat Binea: Rapha was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son:

38Azel had six sons, and these were their names: Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.

38And Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.

39The sons of Eshek his brother were Ulam his firstborn, Jeush the second and Eliphelet the third.

39And the sons of Eshek his brother were, Ulam his firstborn, Jehush the second, and Eliphelet the third.

40The sons of Ulam were mighty men of valor, archers, and had many sons and grandsons, 150 of them. All these were of the sons of Benjamin.

40And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valour, archers, and had many sons, and sons' sons, an hundred and fifty. All these are of the sons of Benjamin.
