The LORD also spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,1And the LORD spake unto Moses and to Aaron, saying,
"Speak to the sons of Israel, and say to them, 'When any man has a discharge from his body, his discharge is unclean.2Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When any man hath a running issue out of his flesh, because of his issue he is unclean.
'This, moreover, shall be his uncleanness in his discharge: it is his uncleanness whether his body allows its discharge to flow or whether his body obstructs its discharge.3And this shall be his uncleanness in his issue: whether his flesh run with his issue, or his flesh be stopped from his issue, it is his uncleanness.
'Every bed on which the person with the discharge lies becomes unclean, and everything on which he sits becomes unclean.4Every bed, whereon he lieth that hath the issue, is unclean: and every thing, whereon he sitteth, shall be unclean.
'Anyone, moreover, who touches his bed shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening;5And whosoever toucheth his bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
and whoever sits on the thing on which the man with the discharge has been sitting, shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening.6And he that sitteth on any thing whereon he sat that hath the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
'Also whoever touches the person with the discharge shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening.7And he that toucheth the flesh of him that hath the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
'Or if the man with the discharge spits on one who is clean, he too shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening.8And if he that hath the issue spit upon him that is clean; then he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
'Every saddle on which the person with the discharge rides becomes unclean.9And what saddle soever he rideth upon that hath the issue shall be unclean.
'Whoever then touches any of the things which were under him shall be unclean until evening, and he who carries them shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening.10And whosoever toucheth any thing that was under him shall be unclean until the even: and he that beareth any of those things shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
'Likewise, whomever the one with the discharge touches without having rinsed his hands in water shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening.11And whomsoever he toucheth that hath the issue, and hath not rinsed his hands in water, he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
'However, an earthenware vessel which the person with the discharge touches shall be broken, and every wooden vessel shall be rinsed in water.12And the vessel of earth, that he toucheth which hath the issue, shall be broken: and every vessel of wood shall be rinsed in water.
'Now when the man with the discharge becomes cleansed from his discharge, then he shall count off for himself seven days for his cleansing; he shall then wash his clothes and bathe his body in running water and will become clean.13And when he that hath an issue is cleansed of his issue; then he shall number to himself seven days for his cleansing, and wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in running water, and shall be clean.
'Then on the eighth day he shall take for himself two turtledoves or two young pigeons, and come before the LORD to the doorway of the tent of meeting and give them to the priest;14And on the eighth day he shall take to him two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, and come before the LORD unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and give them unto the priest:
and the priest shall offer them, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. So the priest shall make atonement on his behalf before the LORD because of his discharge.15And the priest shall offer them, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD for his issue.
'Now if a man has a seminal emission, he shall bathe all his body in water and be unclean until evening.16And if any man's seed of copulation go out from him, then he shall wash all his flesh in water, and be unclean until the even.
'As for any garment or any leather on which there is seminal emission, it shall be washed with water and be unclean until evening.17And every garment, and every skin, whereon is the seed of copulation, shall be washed with water, and be unclean until the even.
If a man lies with a woman so that there is a seminal emission, they shall both bathe in water and be unclean until evening.18The woman also with whom man shall lie with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the even.
When a woman has a discharge, if her discharge in her body is blood, she shall continue in her menstrual impurity for seven days; and whoever touches her shall be unclean until evening.19And if a woman have an issue, and her issue in her flesh be blood, she shall be put apart seven days: and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the even.
'Everything also on which she lies during her menstrual impurity shall be unclean, and everything on which she sits shall be unclean.20And every thing that she lieth upon in her separation shall be unclean: every thing also that she sitteth upon shall be unclean.
'Anyone who touches her bed shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening.21And whosoever toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
'Whoever touches any thing on which she sits shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening.22And whosoever toucheth any thing that she sat upon shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
'Whether it be on the bed or on the thing on which she is sitting, when he touches it, he shall be unclean until evening.23And if it be on her bed, or on any thing whereon she sitteth, when he toucheth it, he shall be unclean until the even.
'If a man actually lies with her so that her menstrual impurity is on him, he shall be unclean seven days, and every bed on which he lies shall be unclean.24And if any man lie with her at all, and her flowers be upon him, he shall be unclean seven days; and all the bed whereon he lieth shall be unclean.
'Now if a woman has a discharge of her blood many days, not at the period of her menstrual impurity, or if she has a discharge beyond that period, all the days of her impure discharge she shall continue as though in her menstrual impurity; she is unclean.25And if a woman have an issue of her blood many days out of the time of her separation, or if it run beyond the time of her separation; all the days of the issue of her uncleanness shall be as the days of her separation: she shall be unclean.
'Any bed on which she lies all the days of her discharge shall be to her like her bed at menstruation; and every thing on which she sits shall be unclean, like her uncleanness at that time.26Every bed whereon she lieth all the days of her issue shall be unto her as the bed of her separation: and whatsoever she sitteth upon shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her separation.
'Likewise, whoever touches them shall be unclean and shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening.27And whosoever toucheth those things shall be unclean, and shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even.
'When she becomes clean from her discharge, she shall count off for herself seven days; and afterward she will be clean.28But if she be cleansed of her issue, then she shall number to herself seven days, and after that she shall be clean.
'Then on the eighth day she shall take for herself two turtledoves or two young pigeons and bring them in to the priest, to the doorway of the tent of meeting.29And on the eighth day she shall take unto her two turtles, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
'The priest shall offer the one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. So the priest shall make atonement on her behalf before the LORD because of her impure discharge.'30And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for her before the LORD for the issue of her uncleanness.
"Thus you shall keep the sons of Israel separated from their uncleanness, so that they will not die in their uncleanness by their defiling My tabernacle that is among them."31Thus shall ye separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness; that they die not in their uncleanness, when they defile my tabernacle that is among them.
This is the law for the one with a discharge, and for the man who has a seminal emission so that he is unclean by it,32This is the law of him that hath an issue, and of him whose seed goeth from him, and is defiled therewith;
and for the woman who is ill because of menstrual impurity, and for the one who has a discharge, whether a male or a female, or a man who lies with an unclean woman.33And of her that is sick of her flowers, and of him that hath an issue, of the man, and of the woman, and of him that lieth with her that is unclean.
