Psalm 130
NIV Parallel NASB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New International VersionNew American Standard Bible 1995
1A song of ascents. Out of the depths I cry to you, LORD;1A Song of Ascents. Out of the depths I have cried to You, O LORD.
2Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to my cry for mercy.2Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive To the voice of my supplications.
3If you, LORD, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?3If You, LORD, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?
4But with you there is forgiveness, so that we can, with reverence, serve you.4But there is forgiveness with You, That You may be feared.
5I wait for the LORD, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.5I wait for the LORD, my soul does wait, And in His word do I hope.
6I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.6My soul waits for the Lord More than the watchmen for the morning; Indeed, more than the watchmen for the morning.
7Israel, put your hope in the LORD, for with the LORD is unfailing love and with him is full redemption.7O Israel, hope in the LORD; For with the LORD there is lovingkindness, And with Him is abundant redemption.
8He himself will redeem Israel from all their sins.8And He will redeem Israel From all his iniquities.
