Psalm 65
NKJV Parallel CSB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New King James VersionChristian Standard Bible
To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. A Song. Praise is awaiting You, O God, in Zion; And to You the vow shall be performed.1Praise is rightfully yours, God, in Zion; vows to you will be fulfilled.
O You who hear prayer, To You all flesh will come.2All humanity will come to you, the one who hears prayer.
Iniquities prevail against me; As for our transgressions, You will provide atonement for them.3Iniquities overwhelm me; only you can atone for our rebellions.
Blessed is the man You choose, And cause to approach You, That he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Of Your holy temple.4How happy is the one you choose and bring near to live in your courts! We will be satisfied with the goodness of your house, the holiness of your temple.
By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation, You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth, And of the far-off seas;5You answer us in righteousness, with awe-inspiring works, God of our salvation, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the distant seas.
Who established the mountains by His strength, Being clothed with power;6You establish the mountains by your power; you are robed with strength.
You who still the noise of the seas, The noise of their waves, And the tumult of the peoples.7You silence the roar of the seas, the roar of their waves, and the tumult of the nations.
They also who dwell in the farthest parts are afraid of Your signs; You make the outgoings of the morning and evening rejoice.8Those who live far away are awed by your signs; you make east and west shout for joy.
You visit the earth and water it, You greatly enrich it; The river of God is full of water; You provide their grain, For so You have prepared it.9You visit the earth and water it abundantly, enriching it greatly. God's stream is filled with water, for you prepare the earth in this way, providing people with grain.
You water its ridges abundantly, You settle its furrows; You make it soft with showers, You bless its growth.10You soften it with showers and bless its growth, soaking its furrows and leveling its ridges.
You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance.11You crown the year with your goodness; your carts overflow with plenty.
They drop on the pastures of the wilderness, And the little hills rejoice on every side.12The wilderness pastures overflow, and the hills are robed with joy.
The pastures are clothed with flocks; The valleys also are covered with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing.13The pastures are clothed with flocks and the valleys covered with grain. They shout in triumph; indeed, they sing.
