NKJV Parallel ESV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New King James VersionEnglish Standard Version
To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. A Song. Praise is awaiting You, O God, in Zion; And to You the vow shall be performed.1Praise is due to you, O God, in Zion, and to you shall vows be performed.
O You who hear prayer, To You all flesh will come.2O you who hear prayer, to you shall all flesh come.
Iniquities prevail against me; As for our transgressions, You will provide atonement for them.3When iniquities prevail against me, you atone for our transgressions.
Blessed is the man You choose, And cause to approach You, That he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Of Your holy temple.4Blessed is the one you choose and bring near, to dwell in your courts! We shall be satisfied with the goodness of your house, the holiness of your temple!
By awesome deeds in righteousness You will answer us, O God of our salvation, You who are the confidence of all the ends of the earth, And of the far-off seas;5By awesome deeds you answer us with righteousness, O God of our salvation, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas;
Who established the mountains by His strength, Being clothed with power;6the one who by his strength established the mountains, being girded with might;
You who still the noise of the seas, The noise of their waves, And the tumult of the peoples.7who stills the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, the tumult of the peoples,
They also who dwell in the farthest parts are afraid of Your signs; You make the outgoings of the morning and evening rejoice.8so that those who dwell at the ends of the earth are in awe at your signs. You make the going out of the morning and the evening to shout for joy.
You visit the earth and water it, You greatly enrich it; The river of God is full of water; You provide their grain, For so You have prepared it.9You visit the earth and water it; you greatly enrich it; the river of God is full of water; you provide their grain, for so you have prepared it.
You water its ridges abundantly, You settle its furrows; You make it soft with showers, You bless its growth.10You water its furrows abundantly, settling its ridges, softening it with showers, and blessing its growth.
You crown the year with Your goodness, And Your paths drip with abundance.11You crown the year with your bounty; your wagon tracks overflow with abundance.
They drop on the pastures of the wilderness, And the little hills rejoice on every side.12The pastures of the wilderness overflow, the hills gird themselves with joy,
The pastures are clothed with flocks; The valleys also are covered with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing.13the meadows clothe themselves with flocks, the valleys deck themselves with grain, they shout and sing together for joy.
