Let all that I am praise the LORD; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.1A Psalm of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul, And all that is within me, bless His holy name.
Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me.2Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget none of His benefits;
He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases.3Who pardons all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases;
He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies.4Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion;
He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle’s!5Who satisfies your years with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.
The LORD gives righteousness and justice to all who are treated unfairly.6The LORD performs righteous deeds And judgments for all who are oppressed.
He revealed his character to Moses and his deeds to the people of Israel.7He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel.
The LORD is compassionate and merciful, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.8The LORD is compassionate and gracious, Slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness.
He will not constantly accuse us, nor remain angry forever.9He will not always strive with us, Nor will He keep His anger forever.
He does not punish us for all our sins; he does not deal harshly with us, as we deserve.10He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
For his unfailing love toward those who fear him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth.11For as high as the heavens are above the earth, So great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him.
He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.12As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
The LORD is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him.13Just as a father has compassion on his children, So the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.
For he knows how weak we are; he remembers we are only dust.14For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust.
Our days on earth are like grass; like wildflowers, we bloom and die.15As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
The wind blows, and we are gone— as though we had never been here.16When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, And its place acknowledges it no longer.
But the love of the LORD remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children’s children17But the lovingkindness of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children's children,
of those who are faithful to his covenant, of those who obey his commandments!18To those who keep His covenant And remember His precepts to do them.
The LORD has made the heavens his throne; from there he rules over everything.19The LORD has established His throne in the heavens, And His sovereignty rules over all.
Praise the LORD, you angels, you mighty ones who carry out his plans, listening for each of his commands.20Bless the LORD, you His angels, Mighty in strength, who perform His word, Obeying the voice of His word!
Yes, praise the LORD, you armies of angels who serve him and do his will!21Bless the LORD, all you His hosts, You who serve Him, doing His will.
Praise the LORD, everything he has created, everything in all his kingdom. Let all that I am praise the LORD.22Bless the LORD, all you works of His, In all places of His dominion; Bless the LORD, O my soul!
