| 3He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. | 3who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, |
| 4He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies. | 4who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, |
| 5He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle’s! | 5who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s. |
| 6The LORD gives righteousness and justice to all who are treated unfairly. | 6The LORD works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed. |
| 7He revealed his character to Moses and his deeds to the people of Israel. | 7He made known his ways to Moses, his acts to the people of Israel. |
| 8The LORD is compassionate and merciful, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. | 8The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. |
| 9He will not constantly accuse us, nor remain angry forever. | 9He will not always chide, nor will he keep his anger forever. |

| 15Our days on earth are like grass; like wildflowers, we bloom and die. | 15As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower of the field; |

| 17But the love of the LORD remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children’s children | 17But the steadfast love of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children’s children, |
