Better is the Poor Man with Integrity

NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
Better the poor whose walk is blameless than a fool whose lips are perverse.1Better is a poor person who walks in his integrity than one who is crooked in speech and is a fool.1Better is a poor man who walks in his integrity Than he who is perverse in speech and is a fool.1Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool.1Better a poor man who lives with integrity than someone who has deceitful lips and is a fool.
Desire without knowledge is not good-- how much more will hasty feet miss the way!2Desire without knowledge is not good, and whoever makes haste with his feet misses his way.2Also it is not good for a person to be without knowledge, And he who hurries his footsteps errs.2Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.2Even zeal is not good without knowledge, and the one who acts hastily sins.
A person's own folly leads to their ruin, yet their heart rages against the LORD.3When a man’s folly brings his way to ruin, his heart rages against the LORD.3The foolishness of man ruins his way, And his heart rages against the LORD.3The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the LORD.3A man's own foolishness leads him astray, yet his heart rages against the LORD.
Wealth attracts many friends, but even the closest friend of the poor person deserts them.4Wealth brings many new friends, but a poor man is deserted by his friend.4Wealth adds many friends, But a poor man is separated from his friend.4Wealth maketh many friends; but the poor is separated from his neighbour.4Wealth attracts many friends, but a poor man is separated from his friend.

Many curry favor with a ruler, and everyone is the friend of one who gives gifts.6Many seek the favor of a generous man, and everyone is a friend to a man who gives gifts.6Many will seek the favor of a generous man, And every man is a friend to him who gives gifts.6Many will intreat the favour of the prince: and every man is a friend to him that giveth gifts.6Many seek a ruler's favor, and everyone is a friend of one who gives gifts.
The poor are shunned by all their relatives-- how much more do their friends avoid them! Though the poor pursue them with pleading, they are nowhere to be found.7All a poor man’s brothers hate him; how much more do his friends go far from him! He pursues them with words, but does not have them.7All the brothers of a poor man hate him; How much more do his friends abandon him! He pursues them with words, but they are gone.7All the brethren of the poor do hate him: how much more do his friends go far from him? he pursueth them with words, yet they are wanting to him.7All the brothers of a poor man hate him; how much more do his friends keep their distance from him! He may pursue them with words, but they are not there.
The one who gets wisdom loves life; the one who cherishes understanding will soon prosper.8Whoever gets sense loves his own soul; he who keeps understanding will discover good.8He who gets wisdom loves his own soul; He who keeps understanding will find good.8He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good.8The one who acquires good sense loves himself; one who safeguards understanding finds success.

A foolish child is a father's ruin, and a quarrelsome wife is like the constant dripping of a leaky roof.13A foolish son is ruin to his father, and a wife’s quarreling is a continual dripping of rain.13A foolish son is destruction to his father, And the contentions of a wife are a constant dripping.13A foolish son is the calamity of his father: and the contentions of a wife are a continual dropping.13A foolish son is his father's ruin, and a wife's nagging is an endless dripping.
Houses and wealth are inherited from parents, but a prudent wife is from the LORD.14House and wealth are inherited from fathers, but a prudent wife is from the LORD.14House and wealth are an inheritance from fathers, But a prudent wife is from the LORD.14House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the LORD.14A house and wealth are inherited from fathers, but a sensible wife is from the LORD.

Whoever keeps commandments keeps their life, but whoever shows contempt for their ways will die.16Whoever keeps the commandment keeps his life; he who despises his ways will die.16He who keeps the commandment keeps his soul, But he who is careless of conduct will die.16He that keepeth the commandment keepeth his own soul; but he that despiseth his ways shall die.16The one who keeps commands preserves himself; one who disregards his ways will die.
Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done.17Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will repay him for his deed.17One who is gracious to a poor man lends to the LORD, And He will repay him for his good deed.17He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.17Kindness to the poor is a loan to the LORD, and He will give a reward to the lender.
Discipline your children, for in that there is hope; do not be a willing party to their death.18Discipline your son, for there is hope; do not set your heart on putting him to death.18Discipline your son while there is hope, And do not desire his death.18Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying.18Discipline your son while there is hope; don't be intent on killing him.
A hot-tempered person must pay the penalty; rescue them, and you will have to do it again.19A man of great wrath will pay the penalty, for if you deliver him, you will only have to do it again.19A man of great anger will bear the penalty, For if you rescue him, you will only have to do it again.19A man of great wrath shall suffer punishment: for if thou deliver him, yet thou must do it again.19A person with great anger bears the penalty; if you rescue him, you'll have to do it again.
