Deuteronomy 4:21
Good News Translation
Because of you the LORD your God was angry with me and solemnly declared that I would not cross the Jordan River to enter the fertile land which he is giving you.

The LORD was angry with me because of what you said, and he told me that he would not let me cross the Jordan River into the good land that he is giving you.
