Nehemiah 7:65
Good News Translation
The Jewish governor told them that they could not eat the food offered to God until there was a priest who could use the Urim and Thummim.

the governor told them that they were not to partake of the most holy food, until a priest with Urim and Thummim should come.

In fact, the governor told them, "You cannot eat the food offered to God until he lets us know if you really are priests."
