Exodus 19:1
In the third month, on the same day of the month that the Israelites had left Egypt, they came to the Desert of Sinai.

Exodus 20:20
"Do not be afraid," Moses replied. "For God has come to test you, so that the fear of Him may be before you, to keep you from sinning."

Deuteronomy 4:9
Only be on your guard and diligently watch yourselves, so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen, and so that they do not slip from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and grandchildren.

Teach them to your children, speaking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

And you are to eat a tenth of your grain, new wine, and oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks, in the presence of the LORD your God at the place where He will choose as a dwelling for His Name, so that you may learn to fear the LORD your God always.

Deuteronomy 17:19
It is to remain with him, and he is to read from it all the days of his life, so that he may learn to fear the LORD his God by carefully observing all the words of this instruction and these statutes.

Deuteronomy 31:12
Assemble the people--men, women, children, and the foreigners within your gates--so that they may listen and learn to fear the LORD your God and follow carefully all the words of this law.

Deuteronomy 31:13
Then their children who do not know the law will listen and learn to fear the LORD your God, as long as you live in the land you are crossing the Jordan to possess."
