Galatians 6
NASB Parallel NET [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT GRK]
New American Standard Bible 1995NET Bible
Brethren, even if anyone is caught in any trespass, you who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; each one looking to yourself, so that you too will not be tempted.1Brothers and sisters, if a person is discovered in some sin, you who are spiritual restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness. Pay close attention to yourselves, so that you are not tempted too.
Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.2Carry one another's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.3For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.
But each one must examine his own work, and then he will have reason for boasting in regard to himself alone, and not in regard to another.4Let each one examine his own work. Then he can take pride in himself and not compare himself with someone else.
For each one will bear his own load.5For each one will carry his own load.
The one who is taught the word is to share all good things with the one who teaches him.6Now the one who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with the one who teaches it.
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap.7Do not be deceived. God will not be made a fool. For a person will reap what he sows,
For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.8because the person who sows to his own flesh will reap corruption from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.
Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.9So we must not grow weary in doing good, for in due time we will reap, if we do not give up.
So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith.10So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who belong to the family of faith.
See with what large letters I am writing to you with my own hand.11See what big letters I make as I write to you with my own hand!
Those who desire to make a good showing in the flesh try to compel you to be circumcised, simply so that they will not be persecuted for the cross of Christ.12Those who want to make a good showing in external matters are trying to force you to be circumcised. They do so only to avoid being persecuted for the cross of Christ.
For those who are circumcised do not even keep the Law themselves, but they desire to have you circumcised so that they may boast in your flesh.13For those who are circumcised do not obey the law themselves, but they want you to be circumcised so that they can boast about your flesh.
But may it never be that I would boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.14But may I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.15For neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything; the only thing that matters is a new creation!
And those who will walk by this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God.16And all who will behave in accordance with this rule, peace and mercy be on them, and on the Israel of God.
From now on let no one cause trouble for me, for I bear on my body the brand-marks of Jesus.17From now on let no one cause me trouble, for I bear the marks of Jesus on my body.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brethren. Amen.18The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers and sisters. Amen.
