Psalm 131
NASB Parallel NET [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New American Standard Bible 1995NET Bible
1A Song of Ascents, of David. O LORD, my heart is not proud, nor my eyes haughty; Nor do I involve myself in great matters, Or in things too difficult for me.1A song of ascents, by David. O LORD, my heart is not proud, nor do I have a haughty look. I do not have great aspirations, or concern myself with things that are beyond me.
2Surely I have composed and quieted my soul; Like a weaned child rests against his mother, My soul is like a weaned child within me.2Indeed I am composed and quiet, like a young child carried by its mother; I am content like the young child I carry.
3O Israel, hope in the LORD From this time forth and forever.3O Israel, hope in the LORD now and forevermore!
