NKJV Parallel HCSB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New King James VersionHolman Christian Standard Bible
1A Song of Ascents. Of David. LORD, my heart is not haughty, Nor my eyes lofty. Neither do I concern myself with great matters, Nor with things too profound for me.1A Davidic song of ascents. LORD, my heart is not proud; my eyes are not haughty. I do not get involved with things too great or too difficult for me.
2Surely I have calmed and quieted my soul, Like a weaned child with his mother; Like a weaned child is my soul within me.2Instead, I have calmed and quieted myself like a little weaned child with its mother; I am like a little child.
3O Israel, hope in the LORD From this time forth and forever.3Israel, put your hope in the LORD, both now and forever.
