NLT Parallel ISV [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New Living TranslationInternational Standard Version
O God, listen to my cry! Hear my prayer!1God, hear my cry; pay attention to my prayer.
From the ends of the earth, I cry to you for help when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the towering rock of safety,2From the end of the earth I will cry to you whenever my heart is overwhelmed. Place me on the rock that's too high for me.
for you are my safe refuge, a fortress where my enemies cannot reach me.3For you have been a refuge for me, a tower of strength before the enemy.
Let me live forever in your sanctuary, safe beneath the shelter of your wings! Interlude4Let me make my home in your tent forever; let me hide under the shelter of your wings. Interlude
For you have heard my vows, O God. You have given me an inheritance reserved for those who fear your name.5For you, God, have heard my promises; you have assigned to me the heritage of those who fear your name.
Add many years to the life of the king! May his years span the generations!6Add day after day to the king's life; may his years continue for many generations.
May he reign under God’s protection forever. May your unfailing love and faithfulness watch over him.7May he be enthroned before God forever; Appoint your gracious love and truth to guard him.
Then I will sing praises to your name forever as I fulfill my vows each day.8So I will sing songs to your name forever; I will fulfill my promises day by day.
