I cry out by day, O my God, but You do not answer, and by night, but I have no rest. O my God, I cry by day, but you do not answer, and by night, but I find no rest. O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent. My God, I cry out by day, but You do not answer; And by night, but I have no rest. My God, I cry out by day, but you do not answer, by night, but I find no rest.
Yet You are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel. Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel. But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. Yet You are holy, You who are enthroned upon the praises of Israel. Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One; you are the one Israel praises.
In You our fathers trusted; they trusted and You delivered them. In you our fathers trusted; they trusted, and you delivered them. Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them. In You our fathers trusted; They trusted and You rescued them. In you our ancestors put their trust; they trusted and you delivered them.
They cried out to You and were set free; they trusted in You and were not disappointed. To you they cried and were rescued; in you they trusted and were not put to shame. They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded. To You they cried out and they fled to safety; In You they trusted and were not disappointed. To you they cried out and were saved; in you they trusted and were not put to shame.
But I am a worm and not a man, scorned by men and despised by the people. But I am a worm and not a man, scorned by mankind and despised by the people. But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people. But I am a worm and not a person, A disgrace of mankind and despised by the people. But I am a worm and not a man, scorned by everyone, despised by the people.
All who see me mock me; they sneer and shake their heads: All who see me mock me; they make mouths at me; they wag their heads; All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying, All who see me deride me; They sneer, they shake their heads, saying, All who see me mock me; they hurl insults, shaking their heads.
“He trusts in the LORD, let the LORD deliver him; let the LORD rescue him, since He delights in him.” “He trusts in the LORD; let him deliver him; let him rescue him, for he delights in him!” He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him. “Turn him over to the LORD; let Him save him; Let Him rescue him, because He delights in him.” “He trusts in the LORD,” they say, “let the LORD rescue him. Let him deliver him, since he delights in him.”
Yet You brought me forth from the womb; You made me secure at my mother’s breast. Yet you are he who took me from the womb; you made me trust you at my mother’s breasts. But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts. Yet You are He who brought me forth from the womb; You made me trust when upon my mother’s breasts. Yet you brought me out of the womb; you made me trust in you, even at my mother’s breast.
From birth I was cast upon You; from my mother’s womb You have been my God. On you was I cast from my birth, and from my mother’s womb you have been my God. I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly. I was cast upon You from birth; You have been my God from my mother’s womb. From birth I was cast on you; from my mother’s womb you have been my God.
Be not far from me, for trouble is near and there is no one to help. Be not far from me, for trouble is near, and there is none to help. Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help. Do not be far from me, for trouble is near; For there is no one to help. Do not be far from me, for trouble is near and there is no one to help.
Many bulls surround me; strong bulls of Bashan encircle me. Many bulls encompass me; strong bulls of Bashan surround me; Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round. Many bulls have surrounded me; Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me. Many bulls surround me; strong bulls of Bashan encircle me.
They open their jaws against me like lions that roar and maul. they open wide their mouths at me, like a ravening and roaring lion. They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion. They open their mouths wide at me, As a ravening and roaring lion. Roaring lions that tear their prey open their mouths wide against me.
I am poured out like water, and all my bones are disjointed. My heart is like wax; it melts away within me. I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint; my heart is like wax; it is melted within my breast; I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels. I am poured out like water, And all my bones are out of joint; My heart is like wax; It is melted within me. I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint. My heart has turned to wax; it has melted within me.
My strength is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You lay me in the dust of death. my strength is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to my jaws; you lay me in the dust of death. My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death. My strength is dried up like a piece of pottery, And my tongue clings to my jaws; And You lay me in the dust of death. My mouth is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth; you lay me in the dust of death.
For dogs surround me; a band of evil men encircles me; they have pierced my hands and feet. For dogs encompass me; a company of evildoers encircles me; they have pierced my hands and feet— For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet. For dogs have surrounded me; A band of evildoers has encompassed me; They pierced my hands and my feet. Dogs surround me, a pack of villains encircles me; they pierce my hands and my feet.
I can count all my bones; they stare and gloat over me. I can count all my bones— they stare and gloat over me; I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me. I can count all my bones. They look, they stare at me; All my bones are on display; people stare and gloat over me.
They divide my garments among them and cast lots for my clothing. they divide my garments among them, and for my clothing they cast lots. They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture. They divide my garments among them, And they cast lots for my clothing. They divide my clothes among them and cast lots for my garment.
But You, O LORD, be not far off; O my Strength, come quickly to help me. But you, O LORD, do not be far off! O you my help, come quickly to my aid! But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me. But You, LORD, do not be far away; You who are my help, hurry to my assistance. But you, LORD, do not be far from me. You are my strength; come quickly to help me.
Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of wild dogs. Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog! Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog. Save my soul from the sword, My only life from the power of the dog. Deliver me from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dogs.
Save me from the mouth of the lion; at the horns of the wild oxen You have answered me! Save me from the mouth of the lion! You have rescued me from the horns of the wild oxen! Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns. Save me from the lion’s mouth; From the horns of the wild oxen You answer me. Rescue me from the mouth of the lions; save me from the horns of the wild oxen.
I will proclaim Your name to my brothers; I will praise You in the assembly. I will tell of your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will praise you: I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee. I will proclaim Your name to my brothers; In the midst of the assembly I will praise You. I will declare your name to my people; in the assembly I will praise you.

For He has not despised or detested the torment of the afflicted. He has not hidden His face from him, but has attended to his cry for help. For he has not despised or abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, and he has not hidden his face from him, but has heard, when he cried to him. For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard. For He has not despised nor scorned the suffering of the afflicted; Nor has He hidden His face from him; But when he cried to Him for help, He heard. For he has not despised or scorned the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help.
My praise for You resounds in the great assembly; I will fulfill my vows before those who fear You. From You comes my praise in the great assembly; I shall pay my vows before those who fear Him. From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly; before those who fear you I will fulfill my vows.

May your hearts live forever! The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever. The afflicted will eat and be satisfied; Those who seek Him will praise the LORD. May your heart live forever! The poor will eat and be satisfied; those who seek the LORD will praise him— may your hearts live forever!
All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD. All the families of the nations will bow down before Him. All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations shall worship before you. All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee. All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him,
For dominion belongs to the LORD and He rules over the nations. For kingship belongs to the LORD, and he rules over the nations. For the kingdom is the LORD'S: and he is the governor among the nations. For the kingdom is the LORD’S And He rules over the nations. for dominion belongs to the LORD and he rules over the nations.
All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before Him— even those unable to preserve their lives. All the prosperous of the earth eat and worship; before him shall bow all who go down to the dust, even the one who could not keep himself alive. All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul. All the prosperous of the earth will eat and worship, All those who go down to the dust will kneel before Him, Even he who cannot keep his soul alive. All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before him— those who cannot keep themselves alive.
Posterity will serve Him; they will declare the Lord to a new generation. Posterity shall serve him; it shall be told of the Lord to the coming generation; A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation. A posterity will serve Him; It will be told of the Lord to the coming generation. Posterity will serve him; future generations will be told about the Lord.
They will come and proclaim His righteousness to a people yet unborn— all that He has done. they shall come and proclaim his righteousness to a people yet unborn, that he has done it. They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this. They will come and will declare His righteousness To a people who will be born, that He has performed it. They will proclaim his righteousness, declaring to a people yet unborn: He has done it!
