New International Version
Early in the morning they left for the Desert of Tekoa. As they set out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, "Listen to me, Judah and people of Jerusalem! Have faith in the LORD your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful."

Ertesi sabah erkenden kalkıp Tekoa kırlarına doğru yola çıktılar. Yola koyulduklarında Yehoşafat durup şöyle dedi: ‹‹Beni dinleyin, ey Yahuda halkı ve Yeruşalimde oturanlar! Tanrınız RABbe güvenin, güvenlikte olursunuz. Onun peygamberlerine güvenin, başarılı olursunuz.››

Buổi sớm mai, chúng đều chổi dậy thật sớm, kéo ra đồng vắng Thê-cô-a; đương lúc chúng đi, Giô-sa-phát đứng tại đó, mà nói rằng: Hỡi người Giu-đa và dân cư thành Giê-ru-sa-lem! hãy nghe ta: Khá tin cậy Giê-hô-va Ðức Chúa Trời các ngươi, thì các ngươi sẽ vững chắc; hãy tin các đấng tiên tri Ngài, thì các ngươi sẽ được may mắn.
